Job purpose:
The Office Assistant will assist with daily office operations, including call center, accounting, and audit functions. They will assist with a smooth, productive working environment that enables us to service our clients with the highest level of quality while being efficient.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with call center operations.
- Correspond with Management to complete assigned tasks.
- Submit and reconcile various accounting reports in QuickBooks.
- Maintain confidentiality of all documents and reports.
- Provide support for office operations and ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes including audit.
- Assist with office policies and procedures.
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties.
- Handle audit functions of accounts, systems, policies, and procedures.
- Contact vendors and service providers as needed.
- Maintain a safe and neat office environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass driving, drug, and background screening.
