Job purpose:

The Office Assistant will assist with daily office operations, including call center, accounting, and audit functions. They will assist with a smooth, productive working environment that enables us to service our clients with the highest level of quality while being efficient.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with call center operations.
Correspond with Management to complete assigned tasks.
Submit and reconcile various accounting reports in QuickBooks.
Maintain confidentiality of all documents and reports.
Provide support for office operations and ensure the smooth running of all administrative processes including audit.
Assist with office policies and procedures.
Handle basic bookkeeping duties.
Handle audit functions of accounts, systems, policies, and procedures.
Contact vendors and service providers as needed.
Maintain a safe and neat office environment.
Other duties as assigned.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to pass driving, drug, and background screening.
